The good: Interviewer was genuinely helpful and pleasant. Didn't ask for photographs or proof of ongoing relationship. Asked my wife the age I immigrated to US and who sponsored me. In and out in less than 2 minutes.
The bad: My wife spent 3 hrs waiting while they verified my financial documents before the actual interview. The worst part about this is my wife went there with her father (who is very old) and there is no waiting area. It's a huge facility, but they make your relatives stand outside and even there, there are no benches or place to sit. It's just a road outside the building.
