I had my K1 visa interview on May 1st, and it went extremely smoothly. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed at Hotel L'Abri du Voyageur which was a 10 minute walk from the consulate. Got to the line-up at about 7:15am. There were already about 10 people but some got turned away for not having a DS-160 print out or for bringing a large bag/backpack. I believe the guard, very kindly, directed them to use lockers nearby (my best guess is at the Eaton Centre). I only brought a binder, my wallet and a plastic bag to keep them in. Keep your DS-160 and your passport page handy to show to the person who screens you initially.
After quickly going through the security scanner, I was directed downstairs to take a seat and wait. I followed the tips I read on VisaJourney (see Saylin's post with pictures) and sat near the elevator, and also moved to the back of the elevator so I was nearly first in line when we got off at the 12th floor. This probably only makes a difference when you come in early, as they cram that elevator full, so the line behind you gets somewhat long.
Here, a lady asked to see my Loomis/Appointment confirmation page and my passport and gave me a numbered card (#2!). They called me to a window right away, where another very friendly man asked for my original documentation. I came over-prepared, with everything I could possibly need and it definitely helped keep me relaxed. He didn't even want all of our I134 supporting docs, but I pushed it to him anyway since my SO bothered to run around getting them lol. Didn't ask for any relationship proof (which I had) but did ask for proof of payment (receipt page for the interview fee, which I only thought to print that morning haha ._.). Fingerprints.
I took a seat and was later called to a room with another man who asked a couple extremely simple questions. Fingerprints again. He gave me the "Welcome" letter and I was done. I left within an hour of lining up outside. Caaake! Take everything you see mentioned on VisaJourney and you'll be just fine  .
Questions I was asked:

When did you first meet in person? Where?
Is this the first marriage for both of you?
Have you been in the USA?
What was the length of your longest stay in the states?
What does your fiancé do for work?
What do you do for work?
When are you planning to get married?
Where does your fiancé live? Will you live there as well?
Do you have a criminal record of any kind?
UPDATE:
E-mail with waybill #: 5 business days after interview (May 8)
Passport at pick-up location: 6 business days after interview (May 11th).
