I had my visa interview today and Iam approved.A nice CO lady took my interview and she did not ask anything other than my wife's name.She said everything looks fine and your visa application is approved.Then she gave me a paper about US green card fee (165 usd).Thats it !!! I was done in an hr.
Kindly note US consular section/consulate and VAC (fingerprint section) are not in same building (Bandra kurla complex is having many offices) - VAS/OFC is 3-4 km away from US consulate (approx).So always ask for Trade center if you go for biometrics and consulate for interview (near Trident hotel/City bank etc)
