I don't have much to add to all the great information that is already in all of these reviews. As long as you follow the tips and pointers everyone else has given (sit near the elevator, etc) things should go smoothly. I was first in line and out of there by 9:15.
Questions I was asked:
Where did you meet your fiance?
How long have you been together?
Have you ever had any trouble with law?
Have you ever had any trouble crossing the border?
When did you decide to get married?
I see (from your file) you've taken many trips together, which was your favourite?
What does your fiance do for work?
I'm generally a quiet, one-word-answer kinda person, but I made sure to answer in a chatty way, giving as much information as possible. The interviewer then said "I'm approving your visa" and immediately my eyes welled up with tears of joy. I quickly grabbed the paper she gave me and ducked into the bathroom across the hall to compose myself and keep from totally losing it, haha.
One tip I'd give is don't bring anything more than you need (so just documents and keys basically). The guards were pretty nasty to some people who had brought backpacks.
I also overheard a snippet of conversation that made me smile. One person to another person in line: "there is this site called Visa Journey you should check out. It's this online community where you can get information and keep track of your timeline and everything..."
