Last May 19, I was inside the embassy at 6:30 AM. My number was called for fingerprint scanning at 9:30 AM. Very loooooong wait! Interview with Filipino interviewer at 10:30 AM and with the American consul at 11:30 AM.
The questions were:
What is you name? Birthday?
Who petitioned you? His name?
What is his work?
When and how did you met?
When did you get married?
When did you last saw each other personally? (To which I answered "just last saturday", and the Filipino interviewer did not believe at first! Hehehe..)
Who petitioned your husband? When did he came to the US?
Who lives with your husband?
Do you have kids?
Is your husband already a US citizen?
The interview was a breeze bec the questions were something we should really know.. The Filipino interviewer asked to look at our pictures and also for a copy of the 2013 ITR of my husband. When it came to the American consul, he did not ask for anything anymore.. After the interview, he smiled and told me to "Have a great day"..
At 12 PM everyone was told to have a lunch break and come back at 1 PM. During lunch break, I checked my status at ceac and it was already issued! Yey!
When I came back in the embassy, my number was being called in the releasing window already. I noticed that my folder has a note on it saying "F2A Retrogression". The guy said my visa already issued and will just need to wait for the delivery. Yey! :D
Visa on hand by May 22! I opted picked it up from the courier. It took only 3 working days after the interview. :D
