My husband had his interview at USEM May 5,2014, He arrived there at 4am and there were long lines already.
1st: He had Biometrics asked for his name, birthday, age

2nd Filipino Consul: They asked him, Who is the Petitioner, When did you get married, Where is your wife? Do you have a Cenomar which he does the Flipino consul filed all the documents for my next interview..

3rd American Consul: My husband was asked to raise his right hand and take a pledge... After he begin to ask him question again... He asked...
Who is your petitioner?
When did you get married?
When was your wife first and last visit?
When did you meet each other? He said we met when we were in highschool by he was surprised and replied "your highschool sweethearts"
He asked how we communicate? My husband replied through Skype, Facebook, Viber, Emails.. He also told the consul he has phone bills if he wants to see it and the consul replied I don't need to see it " I trust you"... My husband was so happy when the American Consul stamped his papers APPROVED) he was directed to another window for Visa delivery.

I guess we were over prepared. We provided a lot of evidence for bonafide marriage Letters, Remittances, Pictures, Phone bills, Skype logs besides from that he brought my taxes for 2012&2013, Nbi, Marriage contract, Birth Certficate, Ds260 confirmation, Affidavit of support, Photo copy of my passport, Medical Results...

It's good to be ready though he was really lucky that the American consul
who did his interview was very nice He even commented that the American consul was more friendly than the Filipino one )

Just make sure not to bring any electronic gadgets inside and eat a heavy breakfast before going for your interview he lined up 4am his appointment was at 6:15am and he was done by 9:30am
