That is why You are called Jehovah...what You say you will do, that you say You will do. That is why You are called Jehovah! I thank Almighty for what He has done in our life. To Him be all the glory and all the honor.

My fiancé arrived at the USEM approximately 5:30am (April 1, 2014) and joined the queue. When he got to Security, they checked his package. He forgot the stapler in the envelope so he had leave the line an put the stapler in the car and join the queue again.

He picked his number and was told to watch for his number on the screen. There were two women (one was slow while the other was fast with her interviewees). There was also a man who had seemed to be very strict. He prayed that he would no have his interview with that CO.

When it was his turn, he approached the lady and she asked to see his DS-160. These were the questions she asked:

1. Who petitioned for you?
2. How did you meet? Through mutual friend
3. Did the friend introduce you?
4. How did you communicate? FB, text, Whatsapp, phone calls
5. Who sent friend request?
6. Was your fiancée married before? When?
7. When was your divorce?
8. Any kids?
9. What are the children's dates of birth?
10. Are they living with you?
11. Where do they live?
12. What does your fiancée do?
13. How long has she been in school?
14. What did she do before she worked with ***?
15. What was her position?
16. Does she live in a house/apt?
17. Who does she live with?
18. Does she live alone?

Then she asks for all the evidence of our communication and he hands them to her (Yahoo, Facebook, Phone calls, Whatsapp, etc.). She skims through the conversations month by month, day by day.

The CO continues to ask the following questions:

19. Has your fiancée visited before? How long?
20. Did she come back again? How long?
21. Did you have a ceremony?
22. She looked through our pics and liked them. All the pics and documents brought for the interview were returned to my fiancé.

She took out a white sheet of paper, circled the address where he should pick up his visa and said, "You're approved. Come and pick up your visa on VI next Tues.

Yesterday (Monday April 7, 2014), I checked the status on www.ustraveldocs.ng and it says, "Administrative Processing" although the CO told him to pick up his visa tomorrow. I sent them an email and am waiting for a response as soon as they open.

A special thank you is going out to all the VJers who have helped me through this process by posting the process they went through and I had no problem whatsoever. I pray that God's abundant blessings overflow in every area of your lives. Stay blessed. I love you all!
