Went to one window they asked her a few questions then told to sit down wait for our interview. We got called over to another window with a American guy that was super nice, asked her normal questions like her date of birth where she was from and then looked at photos of our daughter... Then said ok " welcome to America " go have a seat and wait for them to call you for your paperwork and payment for your visa.
2GO shipping brought her passport/visa to our home in cebu 5 days later.
