**In my opinion**
The first I129 F petion by our lawyer in USA and he did a thorough compilation of all the documents required for the initial petion . Hence the only document that was reviewed when I went for the interview was text messages (Retained by embassy) and current year TAX file .
All the documents filed by the lawyer were in front of the consular when I arrived at his window. My attorney was from http://www.easyvisas.net/ just in case if you need any help.
Please make sure you all are truthful they have a lot of experience working in this position. If they are repeating a questions many times it means they are not convinced please be cautious and answer truthfully and answer from your heart. Don’t answer the questions with the pre conceived notion of what they want to hear. I have seen a lot of posts where people get stumbled over the question when you plan to get married. My answer was within 90 days of arrival in US.
Received a letter from the consulate stating congratulations your visa is been approved
The visa status goes from Ready to administrative processing and then to issued – all this for me was 4 business days.
As I never received the packet IV so I had to get in touch with the consulate for next step
You can email them mentioned in the address at below link http://newdelhi.usembassy.gov/contact.html
