Fairly clear instructions, but due to renovations, signage rather poor. Leave your electronics in the hotel! Were called up to window 14 within 5 minutes of arriving. First interview (for document checking) went fast, paid $100 at window 12, no 'pay in' slip needed. Waited an hour for Second interview at window 16. As the American citizen I was asked to sit down so my fiance could answer what turned out to be three questions: where did you meet? what does your fiancee do for a living? What will you do for work in the US?. Approved! All parties very nice, friendly and helpful.
