I have my interview on 12/5/2013.
1st call - finger print scanning and oath taking
2nd call - screening - I was instructed by the filipina to sign the ds-230 part
II. She asked me the following question; "What is your current civil status?" "I answered that I am divorced", "Have you travel outside the philippines?" "I answered I travelled a lot and I visited the whole continent of Europe", she asked me "what countries in Europe I visited", I started enumerating the countries I have visited and after i have mentioned 7 countries she said "ok" She told me that i was missing some documents, ie (nbi clearance, marriage certificate, old passports). I told her that i already submitted the original nbi clearance to nvc and i dont need to submit my marriage clearance as I am divorced and submitted my certified divorce judgement and original nso certificate of non marriage to nvc, but she insisted for those documents, I showed her my packet 4 (interview letter)from nvc that says that they already received the original nbi clearance and the certified divorce judgement, however, i have with me another original nbi clerance and my original 2 old passports, which she took, but I saw her making a notation that I need to submit my marriage certificate. She also took my current passport.
3rd call - I was interviewed by a female american consul and she told me that since I answered yes on line 41 of my ds-230 part II, i need to submit certified court records, I told her that I already submitted the certification from the court to nvc. She said she need the certified case docket. I sensed that she started to get irritated by my answer, so i just keep quiet.
4th call - I was instructed by a female filipina to check my e-mail as my application for a visa was refused per 221(g)pending submission of documents requested and was handed down a letter to be given to the 2go courier so i will not pay the documents delivery fee.
When I got home, I checked my e-mail and there it said that my visa application is being refused per 221(g) pending submission of requested documents. I called my sister right away in US to request my Marriage Certificate to Clark County, City of Las Vegas, NV and request Certificate of Court Record from the city and county of San Francisco, CA and Certificate of Case Docket from county of San Mateo, CA. I received the documents via fed-ex on 12/23/13, i went to 2go courier the same day to send it to the US embassy Manila. I check the 2go website to track my documents, per their record, it was pick up by 2go on 12/24/13 and my documents was delivered and received on 12/27/13by VFS a third party authorized by the US embassy, Manila to handle documents submission. I checked the CEAC website to track the status of my visa application and here below are the information given;
