Review Topic: K1 Visa

I submitted very little evidence for the I-129F, but my fiancee submitted a LOT of evidence on the document submission day. The evidence proved that I speak Mongolian (she does not speak English), that we communicate regularly, that I share a close relationship with her children, etc. It also included a timeline of our relationship.

I should mention that I lived in Mongolia for a year and a half, most of that time with my fiancee. That may have helped.

She had a long wait, but the actual interview took only a couple of minutes. She was asked basic biographical questions about her children, their birth father, our relationship, my parents, and how we communicate and what we talk about.

She was told that the visa would be approved upon receipt of the medical examination results (she needed a vaccination card which she was unable to get in time to have the medical done.) She was also told that the children will be able to interview and receive their visas any time within the year after she is issued hers.

--UPDATE--
My fiancee received her visa after submitting the medical report. The embassy was kind enough to help in the scheduling of the kids' interviews to let us get an affordable airfare. If everything goes well for the kids, I am reunited with my loved ones on the 26th.
