So here it goes..
I arrived to the DR the 14th of May. My baby and I spent the next day and half "preparing" for the big day. On the 15th, I was talking to a fellow VJ member, when she pointed out that I needed to have my marriage certificate from my previous marriage. OMG I was freaking out b/c I did not have neither did I think I thought I should have it, being that I had submitted that document when I did the I-129f. I had to asked my friend from my job to please go to my house and scan that document and email it to me. Well that was a success (Thank God). So after practicing...I encountered a very informative website, and used those questions as practice. We went to sleep early, but before we did, we made a prayer to the heavenly father, and asked that what ever decision was made, we would be content.

We woke up at 2 am (since we live in Santiago)Our friend came and picked us up at 3 am. We felt so prepared and confident in the most high. I fell asleep on our way there. We finally got there at 5am. There was already about 40 people in front of us. Of course the "buscones" were telling people with Cita times to go to the other side where they were at, why? I have no idea lol. Our time was at 6:45 am. While waiting and associating with other people, the line started moving at at 6:15 am. Men were asked to go ahead since they do not carry purses. I did not bring a purse, didn't feel the need to. So they let me skip the line since I didn't have anything. They separate the men and women, and I gave the documents to Joan so that he can go before me and grab a seat and he was given #179. I went in...and sat on these "cushioned" benches that everyone talks about lol. The room filled up right away. By 7:20 we were called to window #19. The lady asked for the documents, and I asked what documents were needed, and she stated all the DS forms, passport, riceipts from banco popular, police certificate and consultorio de visa (His results were sent to the Consul). We were then asked to have a seat. We were called again to window #19, she apparently forgot to ask for his birth certificate, we gave it to her and she asked us to pay the $80 dollar to window #14, we took a seat somewhere...and waited for a pretty long time. By 9:20 we were called to window 15 for the finger prints...and that my dear friend....is where I saw... the green tickets!! lol OMG OMG OMG...I had to keep calm b/c I wasn't 100% sure if that was accurate. We were then asked to sit...and at 11:15 am we were called to window 19 again! I was confused, b/c everyone was being called from windows 20-25. I got so nervous...when we got to that window, we were greeted by a white male. He swore us in (mind you, the speakers that we were hearing from the window was not working properly, so it was difficult to hear)First question was, spanish or english, we both said spanish. First question was, When did you guys meet? Now before I answer this question, I told Joan, to let me answer everything b/c he has kind of a stuttering problem lol, but noooo, Joan got too excited and answered, and of course he answered very nervously, which made me nervous lol. He then asked me how many times have I traveled. I said well...I have traveled 15x but after being his GF 9x with this visit. He said ok...he asked me to have a seat and left Joan there (OMG I was sooooo sad and scared lol IDK why) These were the questions asked to him:
