Hello Everyone!!! Sorry for the delay...I know that many people can benefit from this review....one of the most important thing that I will say is to CALL ALL THE TIME....call as many times as necessary to get any information regarding your case

So we here...my fiance lives in Santiago and be it that the capital is only an hour an hour and half or so away...we decided to go straight from home...we left at 352am and by 5:15am we were in the capital...please keep in mind that we took our time getting there...since tensions were high...we were super prepared and organized!!! He got on the line around 5:30 or so...at around 6:50 the line began to move...I thought the wait on the line would feel long but it wasn't as bad as I thought..my fiance was beyond nervous he got sick from the shots...his daughter got on the line with us at around 6:30 she is only 4yrs old so she waited in the car til then...once the line got moving they asked us who was going for the interview we got bumped up on the line because we were with a child. We all went in at the same time...we were number 306 and thought we would be there for hours! as soon as we sat down they called our number we deposited the papers...this part made me a bit nervous since the first person we dealt with was a female...which can be difficult to deal with being a woman I know that first hand lol...anyway we gave in the forms he was given to fill out and paid the $160 fee ($80 each)...we sat down they called his name again to give in another form...I cant remember which one right now...as soon as I remember I will put it in...we sat down once again waited a bit and he was called for fingerprinting...then the waiting seem to get longer...they would call numbers 308, 305, 307, 302, 300 until finally they called 306....we went to window 25....lucky window 25 first thing he was asked was to sign my name and sign a form...we were asked if we had mutual children(we don't)...when I picked up the baby who wanted to see what was going on he seemed a bit confused since she has a resemblance to me...we were then sworn in...he asked my fiance how we met my fiance answered...the interview was conducted in english and spanish...he then asked if we had pictures...I asked him if he wanted loose pictures o the album he said loose he was a surprised with the 4 albums we took. He asked more about the places we had been to then personal questions. He asked where we stayed in the places we visited...he asked what we were going to do with the paper..he hadn't seen her passport...then he said congratulations welcome to the united states! we were so happy he was friendly and the interview wasn't as difficult or intimidating as I thought..he made us feel as ease...the whole interview took about 2-3 minutes long....we were out of there by 9:15am...thank god!!!!The baby I believe made things go by quickly because she was a bit restless and was asking questions as we were being interview...as we left we recommended a place for the officer to visit as his interest was in finding out where we had been...he asked me if I really visited my great-grandmother every time I went to DR...I believe that was culture shock for him...and that was it...once we got approved we had to wait about 15 minutes to pay for the passport

I have to say that I took photo albums, loose photos, phone cards, call logs, letter from the baby's mother giving consent, affividit, bank and work letter, w2s tax returns text messages, chats and original and copy of 129f packet and the only thing they requested were the loose pictures...I cant emphasize enough how important it is to be organized...everything moves quick when you are standing at the window. Be prepared because the one thing you forget...will be the one thing they will ask for....good luck breathe and everything will work out well

hope this helps!!

I wanted to thank all of those who helped me and answered my endless questions
