The actual interview process for us was short. The woman that talked my wife was very nice. My wife did her interview mostly in English, but there was a few words that the translator had to translate. The CO asked my wife about what I do, when did she first talked to me, and when did I meet her in person.

The CO then called me up to the window and asked me how did I meet her and when did I first meet her person. Then the CO ask me what do I find special about my wife and she also ask the same question to my wife.

Next, the CO told me to show her a few pictures that were meaningful in our relationship and not to show her pictures from the wedding. We had well over 200 pictures, but I only showed 5 pictures to her.

Before my wife was called to the window for the interview, I saw the pink slip and I know that we had did good in preparing our paperwork.

All in all, the most difficult process for us, like everyone said, was the waiting. We arrived an hour before our interview time, 8:00, but the actually interview was at around 10:30. There was a lot of people there because of that.

I saw many blue slips were handed out and a few pinks. I also saw two Americans in there with their wife\'s and/or fiancé.

In our situation, I know we wouldn\'t have an issue because I am a white American born I\'m the US. My father served during the Vietnam War and met my mother there. She is half Vietnamese; Chinese and English mixed in.

Maybe so that my family\'s history could have played a small role with it, but my relationship with my wife was genuine nevertheless. We both are very happy and can\'t wait to spend our life together!
