Good, solidly operated office. Made two visits to them before traveling to be with my wife in person for the first time and asked them questions about things my wife and I should be sure to do while together to best prepare for upcoming visa application. Asked questions about making married name change and such. Their answers were helpful and reassured me what we should do. I asked them why they don't take questions online or by e-mail or on the phone and it is to assure the identity of the person asking, they told me.
