OCTOBER 19, 2012 .Interview was great. My Fiance was approved and said the Filipino pre screener and the American Consul were very nice and friendly..She submitted the following docs:
1. APPOINTMENT LETTER
2. BPI BANK RECEIPT FOR VISA
3. PASSPORT
4. 2 DS-156 FORMS
5. 2 DS-157 FORMS
6 1 DS-156K
7. 3 VISA PICTURES(Didnt need)
The Filipino pre screener asked for the following docs:
(I-134 Items 1-6 were paper clipped together so packet was given as it was assembled)
The Filipino prescreener asked if my fiance had Pictures,Chat logs,Remittance receipts etc. She said yes but the pre screener didnt look at them and said just show the American Consul.The questions asked were:
1. Petitioners name
2. Where we met
3. How many times was I married before
4. Was my fiance ever married
The American Consul just asked to see:
1.Pictures
Asked the following questions.
1. Petitioners name
2. Where we met
3. When I visited her
4. When was my second divorce
5. Does her family especially mother approve of our relationship
The Consul said everything looks good Congratulations.
I sent the following docs but were never looked at:
1. DIVORCE DECREES PRIOR MARRIAGES
2. ORIGIAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE PETITIONER
3. COPY BIRTH CERTIFICATE PETITIONER
4. HOTEL RECEIPTS
5. AIRLINE BORDING PASSES CATHAY PACIFIC AND CEBU PACIFIC
6. PASSPORT COPY BIO PAGE AND EXIT/ENTRY STAMPS
7. NOVEMBER PLANNED TRIP AIRFARE ITINERARY PHILIPPINE AIR
8. NOVEMBER PLANNED TRIP AIRFARE ITINERARY CEBU PACIFIC
9. UPDATED LETTER OF INTENT TO MARRY
10. EMAILS
11. VIBER AND CELL PHONE SCREENSHOTS OF PHONE CALLS
12. REMITTANCE RECEIPTS WESTERN UNION AND XOOM
13. ENGAGEMENT RING RECEIPT
14. YM CHAT LOGS
15. COPY ENTIRE 1-129F PACKET SUBMITTED TO USCIS
16. NOA 1 (I-797)
17. NOA 2 (I-797)
18. INSTRUCTION LETTER FROM NVC
My fiance said the only bad part is the waiting and watching for your number to be called. She arrived about 5am for 7:30 am appointment. She got out of the Embassy about 12:30 pm. Good luck VJ Members and God bless !!!!!
