Our interview time was scheduled to be at 6:45am..we got there at 6:00am and there were like 100 buscones everywhere around the north corner calling you for parking . there were like 200 people outside of the embassy making the line waiting for the embassy to open..around 6:45 us embassy employees began to give everyone outside a ticket number. they give the number depending on if you have children or not. they call you by your number when you're inside, but they call number ramdomly most of the time. first i got called from window 27 by my name where they asked me for my passport, banco popular fee receipt
(RD$600.00) and the police certificate..then i waited like 1 hour to be called again for my fingerprints to be taken at window 17..then after 40 minutes aprx. i finally got called for my interview at window 20..us embassy consul was very nice and polite. didnt asked me many questions..finally she tells me congratulations you've been aproved!! go and pay the courier service (DOMEX)for your passport to be delivered to your address..paid RD$475.00 PESOS cause i live out of santo domingo city...only 3 hours spent inside the embassy. Very happy!!
