45 minutes from deplaning to exiting customs / immigration.

Computer was broken so took longer to get through immigration but the officer was first class.

Took her off in a separate room away from most of the rest, possibly since she was the only K1 holder that day/flight-magnified by the fact that she was accompanied by the minor K2. They delayed her about an hour, most of time spent waiting quietly on a bench to be called. Didn't have any problem really, but learned from observation that it was best to be patient, of course. There was a man of Middle Eastern descent there who repeatedly got up and asked how much longer it would be. He was told firmly to "have a seat and we will get to you". He was still there when they left.
