USC traveled with fiance so there were very few problems. About 15 minutes total.

I would never want to go through this nightmare again.
JFK is not a very good place to spend any time.
My fiance arrived late and it took almost 3 hours for her to get through customs. I waited 4 1/2 hours for her with practically nowhere to sit.
