Absolutely no problems. My husband arrived at the gate (JFK)at 7pm with a very long line and it was taking 30 min. per person, so he tells the nearest guard he has to catch another flight in an hour and shows his ticket. It was very easy.no question nothing.. The officer only asked my yellow envelope that the embassy had sent me with my k-3 visa stamped passport. Then he got my finger print and took my picture..said welcome!
