My fiance's entry on K-1 was very smooth. We had no secondary and the wait was minimal. As others have recommended, we used the non-US line. My fiancée entered the immigration after landing at 1:50pm. There were about 100 people in line waiting for the immigration officers. She waited 20 minutes before she was assisted by an IO. Customs was completely empty at O'Hare. Walked right up, gave them the sealed medical exam and showed them the K1 visa on the passport. No issues really they just held my fiancé a little longer which made us miss out connecting flight. They were really nice about rescheduling though.
