Only few minutes in the first inspection, where they opened my sealed envelope from the US embassy. Getting the lugages was taking longer time (the people in the baggage claim are rude). It took only around 20 minutes for the secondary inspection. You have to turn to the right from the exit sign, you will see a sign of secondary inspection after the bagage claim. Go to the B section for K1 visa, straight to the desk 10-12 and give your passport, envelope, and the white form. There was a man with K1 visa waiting for his paper ahead of me there. He spent his waiting time with complaints and some noise. Apparently, his behavior just piss the immigration officers off and he was stucked there even after I leave. Just be patience and wait for your turn quietly. The immigration officers are nice and they do the good job to move the line faster.

Dulles International Airport in Dulles, Virginia is a nice port of entry. The bording officer just asked for my sealed envelope, stamped my passport and let us go to the next stage without needing my picture and fingerprints! We took long in the final review because of long line...

POE: IAD (Washington Dulles Airport)
After 5 mins of queuing I went to a desk with an immigration officer .
He opened the sealed envelope and flipped through all my papers a couple times without really looking at them. He did have a look at the photos included in the original petition. He did not ask any questions, it was just the normal chit-chat (how are you etc). After he had taken my photo and the fingerprints he sent me for a secondary inspection. So I picked up my luggage, went to another desk for the secondary inspection, handed in my envelope and waited again for 5 mins. This officer asked if we had set a wedding date yet. As I said the date was not yet set, she asked me if I knew that I had to get married within 90 days. I stated that I did know. She then put my envelope aside and wished me a great day.
The customs officer did not even look at my customs declaration form where I had stated that the “total value of all articles that will remain in the US” is about $3,000. I had written on the reverse as a description of articles: “used personal belongings/items/stuff like clothes, documents, laptop etc” as I had the most important documents like information about bank accounts, (life) insurances/ etc. with me . The declaration form was somehow marked by the first immigration officer. (Perhaps that is why the customs officer took no notice.)
Everything was done within max. 20 mins! In previous years I had queued more than once for over an hour to go through immigration. This time I even got to wait for my luggage at the belt instead of pulling it out of a pile on the floor.
