it took me a long time to get trough the line cause it was full of people,
when i got to the immigration officer it took him forever to review my passport and documents (he wasn't in a work mood),... at least he wasn't rude or anything...

My experience at JFK was awesome. The officers weren't particularly nice - almost bothered, actually. I had all of my documents in hand, waited for about 45 minutes in line, I was the next person to be called and all of the computers went down! I thought to myself, 'it just never gets any easier!'.
