CBP officers were friendly and nice .. line was not that long .. some extra waiting in the room to process the case since it was packed and crowded .. but other then that ... it was good.

My fiance traveled from India with the K1 Visa. It was surprisingly easy. I am not sure how this worked but his flight connected from Bangalore to Abu Dhabi. And once arriving in Abu Dhabi US Immigration asked him for his sealed envelope.

The officer checking our passports for the entry stamp didn't know she had to take the envelope from me! I told her when she was about to release us. Before describe my experience, it is important say that Rio de Janeiro Consulate "converted" my K3 Visa process to a CR1 visa. I confess that I had to "triple check" this on internet forums, etc because I was not believing!

My husband arrived at around 11AM at Terminal 4 via Asiana Airlines. He was one of the first to arrive at the immigration/customs area.
