The interview was fairly easy. The officer was friendly, but firm. We were asked the terrorist type questions (if you are terrorist or spy, help illegals..), general questions about our relationship (when we met, when we got married...)and our jobs (what do we do for living). The officer asked for proves of joint ownership and we provided. She browsed through them and through our photo albums. At the end we were told that we will receive the welcome letter in mail and the green card after that. I asked for my passport to be stamped if possible (I needed it) and I got my passport stamped.

It was a pretty quick process when I went to my interview provided that I had everything i needed except that I was given an RFE to get the Td shot that I didn't get during my medical exam back home. We were in the immigration officer's office for less that 10 minutes and she was pretty nice.

Just wanted to write a short review on my AOS interview. It went extremely well. The AO was very nice. We showed up about 15 min. early, but had to wait until our appointment time at 2:00 p.m. We swore an oath, then sat down. Questions were directed at both myself and Gene, with some specific questions all pertaining to what sounded like a list of questions like... have you ever trafficked in a controlled substance, have you ever used false documents to gain entry into the US...they were rapid fire questions, so that's why I think there was a list of them. She looked like she was checking them off as I responded.
She then asked for any documents I brought. I had a very nicely stacked pile that included our marriage license, bills, bank account information, credit card information, health benefit information, etc. She flipped through these briefly. She advised she didn't need any of the copies. I offered wedding pictures, about 6 or 7 of them. She looked through them, an... read complete review

The lady that interviewed us was ok. She wasn't warm and fuzzy but was professional.
