Very good experience with just a few minutes wait time (interview was at 8 a.m., actually started about 8:20 and we were finished by about 8:45). Questions were pretty much as expected. It did help to bring more than what the interview letter said as we were asked which documents that we brought. We said everything and then asked to see some pictures of our baby's birth if we had them (we did). Other documents we had to show were as expected (tax return, passport, marriage cert., etc.) but from that it was clear that it doesn't hurt to take EVERYTHING that can serve as evidence of relationship/family life.

Extremely professional. Office reopened in June 2006 after being closed since Katrina, August 2005. Office has moved to the suburbs of New orleans and is much more convient than the old office in downtown New Orleans. If I would give the office a rating, it would be FIVE STAR!!
