Office is in Bedford NH not Manchester but... have been to this office throughout my husband's immigration journey. Everyone from the security to reception to the officers have been so kind and patient and thoughtful with us. Have done fingerprints, then AOS and finally joint 751 and 400 process that went very well.

Appointment in the morning, easy time getting in through security, check-in and interview with the officer. They did me (USC) first then husband each lasted about 20 minutes. No issues no follow-up and no additional items due from us. Officer was very kind, compassionate and understanding with each of us and informed us of process and expected next steps and timeline.

Everything went well, we were allowed to bring our phones in, they asked us to show pictures of each other on our phones and to see what we had each other listed in our contacts as. We each went in separately then we’re I terviewed together.

For our K1 adjustment to Green Card, we had a great experience at the interview. We're very thankful and lucky that we had our interview a few days before they closed the offices because of COVID-19.
We arrived early and got called maybe 10 minutes after our appointment time. As the citizen sponsor, I was called first and was asked several questions about our relationship, marriage, family. She asked to see the documents I brought and I highlighted a few important ones (joint accounts, bills, photos with familiy, etc.). The officer was typing as I answered and it took about 30 minutes before the officer asked to bring in my wife. Said that it was ok for me to stay but that I couldn't speak and let my wife answer the questions She was asked similar questions, also had to answer the long list of Yes/No questions. It took maybe another 20 minutes.
After that we went back and they called my step-son. He's 20 so he went alone. That took... read complete review
