Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

We brought an interpreter, just in case, since my husband's English wasn't very good and I figured it'd be worse if he was nervous. Anyway, the interpreter, my sister, wasn't even necessary. The officer spoke Spanish and said she could stay and listen anyway. It went very well, he looked through our evidence and through the comic book that my husband had made me for our one year anniversary; he thought it was funny. He asked about how we'd met so I told him the story. No issues whatsoever. The officer was very nice.

Went well, took no more than a few mins to tell us we were approved and we were just asked to clarify basic information.

St. LUKE's brown envelop - I saw him open it and took out the 2x2 pictures I submitted at St. Luke's. In addition, he didn't ask me for any pictures. He asked me questions about my fiancé and me similar to those that are being shared in this forum.

Note: I was sitting next to a fellow K1 beneficiary, and she said that since her letter never arrived, her f... read complete review

Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

There was a long wait but the interview was fairly quick and the interviewer was friendly. Status changed online the same day after the interview to say a card was ordered.
