Officer was very nice and friendly. His wife went through the same process as us, K1 Visa. He was very understandable and knowledgeable of the process.
Majority of the interview questions were from Part 8 of Form I-485. Just a couple personal questions and overall the interview very easy and straightforward.
Interview lasted no more than 30 minutes and he approved my wife's Green Card after seeing our files.

I had my adjustment of status interview today at the Chicago office. I am applying for a green card through my husband. Our immigration officer was very abrupt and came across quite rude! She even patronised us on more than one occasion. We were told we did not provide enough evidence of bona fide marriage even though I submitted the following with original application:
- photos from civil ceremony
- bank statements with proof of same address
- whatsapp conversations
- proof of social media interaction
- photographs proving timeline of relationship
She asked to see a lease agreement with both of our names on it but we did not have one so we were honest with her. She then proceeded to say that it was my fault for being unprepared at the interview & I should have done my research in terms what evidence to bring to prove validity of the marriage.

Our interview was at 9 AM, we got there around 8:30 AM or so and was asked to wait after checking in. Our interviewer was a bespectacled lady, probably in her 40's or 50's. She was sweet and after calling us into her office asked us to swear the oath. Once that was over, she asked a little bit of how we met and looked at our wedding pictures. She loved our pictures and asked my wife about her wedding dress. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I got my green card exactly a week later.
