Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

Had a very pleasant interview experience with Officer Ruiz. He was friendly and accommodating. No intimidation at all. Everyone I saw in this USCIS office are very nice including the Security officers. We left with a thankful heart. Interview took 10 minutes and focused on the I-485 information.

Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

Had my interview today in Boise Idaho! Went quick and easy! We went there 30 min prior the interview, but we were not worried at all, so the time flew fast while me and my husband were talking and kissing in the waiting room The lady was super nice and friendly and it sounded like she was already convinced that we r a real couple even before we started! She made us swear, copied our ID's, and then just asked us questions from g-325a like our full name, date and place of birth, address, name of our parents, and all "no" questions from I-485. Then she said "tell me your story, how did u guys meet and where" and then she asked "do u have new evidences of your relationship that I don't have already on your record"- we gave her our common phone bill, the last statement from our joint bank account, my husband's contract with the NAVY(because my name is mentioned there as his spouse) and his life insurance that I am his beneficiary. Then she ask for my passport in order to remove my I-94 from... read complete review

Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

Went in for my AOS interview and had a great experience. Terry was very prompt, helpful and friendly. He made the process very comfortable and it was a very simple experience. In my dealings with the Boise office, I have been very happy and couldn't have asked for better service and interactions with them.

Review Topic: Other Experience

Went in for my biometrics appointment. It was very fast and everyone I dealt with from the security to the people who did the biometrics were very friendly and professional. It was about 15 minutes at most to get it all finished up from when I walked in the doors.

Review Topic: Lifting Conditions

So yeah they talk a lot about illegal immigration , how about stop mocking legal ones, not so sure how and why it took uscis 10 month to process our request and to add insult to injury after my request finally got 20 year green card...with wrong name on it...now again paying hundreds of dollars to lawyers to deal with his issue....Lady in Boise office was mighty rude to us , they lost 1 of the documents submitted by our attorney etc.
