Interview took about 20 minutes, the officer was very friendly and asked only basic questions such as DOB, parents\' names, phone #, and basic I-485 questions from the form. At the end we asked what next and he said \"by law I have 180 days to get back to you, but I usually try to get the easy cases out quickly, you can either be denied which I do not see happening at this point, might need more evidence which you will be contacted if we do, or be approved -- you are looking at getting a green card within a week or two\"
Interview was on Sep 6th - status online still shows testing an interview - no change yet.
Still no change on our status...a bit worried given people who had their interview later than us got approved. Anyone else with the same experience?

20 min interview asked questions on I-485. Asked my wife my dob and place. My parents name and how we met. Asked me my wife dob, our address, wifes parent name and where we got married. Checked photo album and asked to submit any additional docs we have.

Easy but long interview, usual questions (date of births, how did you meet, what do you do for a living etc)
Decision took 2 days to make due to disagreement over jurisdiction.

The interview was scheduled for 11:30am, we got there around 11:20, and was called around 11:50am. The interview took less than 15 min! The officer was really nice, when we got to her office she asked if we expect attorney to come - we said no, she told us that she checked our case yesterday and asked only general questions such as parents' name, DOB, where was born, how long we live together (for both of us), those type of questions that husband and wife wouldn't struggle to answer. Initially, we submitted a lot of supporting materials - may be that's why the officer didn't ask as many questions. She also made some changes to the application where it was necessary. Then, she went through yes-no questions on I-485, and never asked anything about financial part of the application considering that I am no longer working (I started my PhD), and most of the income was from my previous work.
At the end the officer asked if we have any questions - I asked something regardi... read complete review

I give 3 stars to Baltimore DO (my case still pending 2 months after the interview).
Interview was normal. IO wasn't hostile nor friendly, rather neutral. Just asked questions and proceeded from one to another form.
When it came to Part 3, one of the Q was whether I have ever been cited, arrested, charged of any crime excluding traffic violations.
I answered NO. Then IO asked: Not even a traffic ticket? To which I said YES and recalled two traffic tickets I had. AT this moment IO changed my answer to YES and had me put initials next to it.
Up to now my case is pending. My I-130 was approved by I-485 is pending.
They issued me RFE for "arrest disposition" , my lawyer mailed back the letter from DMV stating what the tickets were for and that both are closed ( I didn't even get points). Please note: I have NOT been arrested, charged of crime, DWI/DUI or anything, these were minor traffic tickets, both tickets closed now.
My case st... read complete review
