Great interview, and now I know do not cross my hubby, because he interviewed the IO right there when she did not want to give us a direct yes or no, on my case status. Love my hubby

Arrived at 145pm (appt time 215pm). Went through security line and items were found in wife's purse that had to be returned to the car. Within the 2 mins she was gone the line grew by 20 people. She was waived through by the first guard to go ahead of line, since she had cleared. Second guard who was double checking persons setting off detector, started yelling "Where are you going?" Set my USC wife's nerve on edge and made her stomach turn. After minor accosting at the security check-in based on the serious mis-communication of the entire security check-in staff on first floor she was convinced we're going to be interrogated based on the check-in approach at the security check.
Went to 2nd floor, checked in at 157pm at window then instructed to go to 3rd floor and check-in at another window. Sat around for about 10 mins before interviewer called our names. Never really got her name, but was pleasant and not aggressive in any way.

The interview went very well. The officer was very nice. The interview took about 30 minutes and before we left she told us that my wife was approved and she will be receiving her green card within 4 to 6 weeks but could come earlier.

interview date: Sept 26, 2009 12:30 pm
we were there at 11:40am. at security they checked our IDs then sent to 2nd floor to check in at 11:48am, then sent to 3rd floor to wait for the IO to call us. There's only 1 other couple there. they were called at 12:15pm. more couples are coming in. at 1:15pm they came out and there's issue w/ their papers and the IO had to handle that. then she called another couple that came after us. another IO came and called 2 more couples that came after us. we were wondering what's going on and wondered if we were on their list. at around 1:50pm, we were called.
she swore us in. she asked my husband his name, address, and SSN. she asked me his parent's names. she asked him criminal questions, if he receive gov't assistance, etc. then she asked why we first applied K1 then now K3. we explained that at the K1 interview there was a marriage record for my husband which is stolen identity as proven by the court w/ the priest as wit... read complete review
