We made an Infopass appointment for March 7, 2006 to discuss why we have never received the AP document that was approved back in September, and what the status of our AOS application was since we had never received notice for
INFOPASS:
Biometerics and our case status was almost 30 days past current processing dates. Our appointment was scheduled for 08:20 and the IO was very prompt getting us in. He was most pleasant and very helpful. He identified serveral wrong addresses associated with the AP document and told us that the reason our case for AOS was not processing was because we never responded to the notice for Biometrics which was send with our NOA 1 back in August. I told him we never received the notice and he immediately scheduled us for an appointment the same day, AND he also scheduled us for our AOS interview for 10:00 am today (03/10)!
