Original Interview date 10/05/2016 11:00am.
Interview was rescheduled by the embassy due to Hurricane Matthew.
New schedule was 10/25/2016 7:00am
Made the line outside at 6:30am
Gave in requested documents by 8am
Consule interviewed us at 12:00pm
Was released by 12:50pm
221G was given to us due to AP previous marriage under fraud/misreprensation.
Need to Submit I-601 Waiver
Our case was noted as a legitimate relationship and previous case was determined appropiately as well.
Once pardon gets approved, will need to submit approval to the embassy along with AP passport and Visa will be approved there after.

Our interview was scheduled at 9AM, we ended up arriving around 7:45-8AM. We got our ticket and waited like 2 hrs to get called inside. Right after that, my husband got in a line, when it was our turn, we went in the window, he did his fingerprints, submitted some docs, and was told to sit and wait. Maybe 30-45 mins later, our number popped on the screen! We went to the window and were asked: "how we met?" - he answered; "when did we decide to get married?" - he answered; "how often do I visit?" - I answered; "who went to the wedding?" - I answered, he also added, "if any relatives flew down for the wedding? - I answered; and the last question was "where I worked at?" - I answered. He then said, "su visa ha sido aprobada. (Your visa has been approved.)" I cried and we kissed and hugged, the officer covered his eyes lol. He said passport would be ready in 2 weeks.
Finally!!!! :D

In first time thanks God because everything was so fast and easy, they ask to my boyfriend how we meet,what he like about me,where we going when he is here in DR, and they ask me what I like from my fiance and 2 special moment in our relation.then he say visa aprroved.
The interview Just take about 4 minutes and he was so friendly and sweet.

Rally quick process, really busy consulate, but after check in and give all the documentation, we were called really fast and interview really fast, and the visa was approved.
