It was great!! simple as 1 2 3.....1. give in documents and get a number. 2. finger prints 3. interview.
During the interview i was asked in english and him in spanish, when did we meet we answered that was followed by how many trips did i make to see him i answered then she asked did we have any children in common and we answered she asked him if he had any kids outside of the marriage and then she gave us a green slip and told us to pay the messengers fee.

We arrived at the consul at 5:30am and the line was absolutely insane! We didn't get into the actual building until maybe 8:00am. DO NOT listen to the people outside telling you that you need your photos and forms stapled or trying to sell you services. They do not work for the consul and there is no need for the forms or photos to be stapled. Whatever need to be done the consul will do for you. I was told by an employee of the embassy that they are just annoying people trying to make a buck. The employees wear yellow polo shirts. Once we got inside the embassy it was hot, humid and extremely crowded with sweaty people with no where to sit since all the benches were full. There are a lot of fans but did absolutely nothing with the amount of people there. We were called to the first window and I gave our forms- I was told the I-134 was not needed and it was returned to me. Apparently the birth certificate wasn't in the extensa format. Even though we were told by the person who gave it t... read complete review

We were in line outside the embassey at 5am! The process went very smoothly inside! They call you three seperate times! The first to start assembling the folder, they took all of Mario's documents. The second was for fingerprinting. The third time is when they questioned us...How did you meet?, When did you meet? They spoke to me in English and Mario in Spanish! Everyone was very nice!! The only downfall was waiting, we left at about 11:45am! I think we were fortunate to get out so early!

4AM: Arrived at the embassy......there were about 5 people in line at the time.
6AM: Started letting people in. Got frisked and everything.
7:05AM: Called to Window 17 to give the forms DS-156 and DS-230, police report, passport, receipt for Bank, etc. Sat back down.
7:55AM: Called to window 13 for fingerprints......there was some kind of mix up and we had to sit back down and wait.
7:58: Called BACK to window 13 and gave fingerprints.
9:55: Called to Window 17 for interview......it was a young american woman that spoke spanish. We swore in in spanish and the questions began.....
She asked me: "You want to tell me a little about how you met?"
