El documento que se debe presentar con fecha expedicion de los ultimos 30 dias a la cita es cual, el certificado migratorio o el pasado judicial? te agradesco si me puedes ayudar con esto, quedo pendiente de un mensaje tuyo. muchas gracisa.

hello, sorry to bother you again, the thing is that nvc already sent my paperwork to colombia and i do not know what to do now... do i have to call a number if yes do you still have it? is there a link on the embassy where i can check if my paperwork is already there? thank you very much take care bye.

nvc was received and sent to colombia the 23. : )

i will let you know. i have been calling nvc since my noa2 was approved but thet have not received anything yet, i am going to call tomorrow again.

congratulations : ) i have a little quiestion, i as the petitioner, do i have to go to colombia to the interview as well? did they ask you questions or everything was asked to your fienacee?

you can check your case status on www.uscis.gov there is a box to the left where it says case status, put your case number and it shows your status.

not yet, i see that almost everybody that sumited the 129f at the end of january have received their noa2, i hope to get mine soon. i called uscis customer service and they told me to wait until jun 20th which is 5 months. good luck with yours take care.

i guess we are the only ones left to receive the noa2, we even have thesame date jan 19. good luck.
