  1. Hello to all of you. I just wanna know if it wont affect my filing of i751 removal of conditional green card if i will file my minor child's I485 and I130. He is out of status. We didnt adjust him together with me 2yrs ago because of some circumstances but now all the papers are ready. Is it just fine to file his papers or should i have to wait until the immigration approve my I751 removal of conditions?

    Thank you for thehelp.

  2. Thank you so much kzielu, Navyk and Jamericanlove for your reply.

Now, is there any site that i can see how to file the ROC because i dont want to hire a lawyer this time. They are asking too much fee but i dont know how the step by step of filing it and the sample cover letter. Again, thank you for helping me. I appreciate it so much. God bless you all.

  3. Hello, im back smile.png

I just need an enlightenment regarding my case. I am about to file my i751 (removal of conditional green card) in the next few months but in the form, they are asking information about my children. Is it just children of my present marriage ( I have one in this marriage) or including the children of the previous (I wasn't married before anyway but I also have one child on the previous) but the problem is, my child from the previous is out of status now ( a minor) will they remove my child? (oh i'm gonna die :'( ) we haven't filed yet a petition for my child because me and my husband got both sick and I gave birth so we spent a lot of money but we will petition my child sooner. I also don't remember if my lawyer put the name of my child in my I-485 and on other papers because they didn't give us a copy of everything and they (my lawyer and staff) already destroyed the papers. I don't want to take risk by hiding or putting in the form just the name of my child in this present marriage (who is natural born citizen here) but im terrified just imagining my child (in the previous relationship) who is out of status, will be removed if I put the name on the form. please I will appreciate so much if somebody will enlighten me even just a little bit. im freaking out. thank you so very much.

  4. I arrived here in the US with my 6 years old child 3 yrs ago. we're both B1 visa holder. we both overstayed it. now I married my USC boyfriend and we have a child. I already have my EAD and SSN and my adjustment of status interview is coming and they want to see all the birth certificate of my children. (according to the check list) they will surely find out that my eldest is an overstayed who's now 9 yrs old. will he be deported? what can we do about it? can my husband petition him as a step father-step son relationship since we're all living together as a family or do i have to wait for years for me to become a USC to petition him. but i am more worried about the deportation thing because I believe he is deportable. ANy help will be appreciated. Thank you very much.

  5. Hi there. is there someone out there who can give me Idea on what to do with my case? I overstayed my B1 visa for 2 years and now, just recently I married a US citizen and definitely this is not a "marriage of convenience" do I need a lawyer? because I also declared back then on my B1 visa application form that I am married when in fact I was not. it was an ill advise from a friend working on a travel agency that I can pass the B1 visa interview if I declared that I'm married. Thanks a lot and have a good day.
