  1. No worries.

It seems that CSC filers gets approved quicker than VSC is. Well, it's always been that way anyway. dry.gifCSC is faster to approve cases so who knows maybe you'll get yours too, soon.

in 2008 it was way different, when we filed for K1... the VSC were done married as soon as 4 months after sending the petition, and CSC took 5 or even 6 months just to look at the petition. So it has not always been like that.

  2. If you have the receipt where it says it was received, you are good. Just wait till they review your package. I am sure you did mention "In Response to RFE" on the package according to USCIS guidelines.

    Good luck.

nope, didn't do that... it only said to put the blue letter on top of everything in the package... *worry even more*

  3. So I send my RFE back last week, and it was signed for. That made me really happy, because I was worried that it might get lost with all the paperwork in it. Online it doesn't show any touches since April when I got the NOA, and I know that since then they took it under review (due to ending up with the RFE). But now I worry that they might didn't get it to the right place, to the rest of my papers that I sent back in April. Did anyone ever call to make sure it got where it belongs, or should I just chill and wait it out? I'm just scared, since they gave me until the 17th of August to send it back, and right now I could send it all again, if I knew that it didn't arrive at the right desk. Sorry, thinking to much, and specially worrying myself crazy. :bonk:

  4. we bought a big yellow envelope and we sent it at the address shown on the little envelope they sent us with the letter, and i wrote under the address ATTN:RFE

well, saw that to late, just send it with signature confirmation.... send it to the address that was in the letter, it said to send it to the address at the bottom of the page. didn't write anything like attn:RFE... oh well, feel like :bonk:

  5. Congrats MichaelOlesea!!!

Guess I'm going to send my RFE back tomorrow... well I hope. Finally got the tax transcripts in the mail, and my husband gave me some bank statements, but since he isn't in the mood to look for some from last year and the year before, I will open some of the letters that he has stored in a closet. Wish he would have told me that before, so I could have done that a week or two ago.

  6. Did you send Tax transcripts for 2009-2010?

You can easily get tax transcripts for 2010-2011 by calling 1-800-829-0922. It's free and they usually arrive within 10 days.

called that number, and the only 2 options they gave me were to find out informations if you got a notice from them, or to find out the latest update about your refund.... that was it... :(
