My parents and sisters just got their tourist visa to come and visit me in about a month! So exciting!!
-
Just got immunization shots.. getting ready to send my AOS package (:
-
Hey there, When my visa was approved I just went to the DHL desk inside the consulate, and told them the DHL office I wanted them to send my visa (you have to pick it up at the office in your city because they don't send it to your home). Some people wait for the visa in CDJ because they want to cross immediately, but you can choose to wait in your home (:

I'll be back to my man's side this Saturday and this time it'll be for good. I'm so excited (:>

Hey Monyfer (: DHL sent my visa to another DHL office here in my city, and I had to pick it up there. I was approved last Wednesday and I got my visa yesterday (:
Another thing, the police records are not required at CDJ since they are not available in Mexico (or at least that's what the package 3 says)

I recieved my visa today (: Now I just need to buy the plane ticket to see my love (:
-
Hey Julie! I did get the info the same day.. the lady that was interviewing me gave me back some original documents and said: 'Congratulations, your visa has been approved', so I didn't have to wait for an answer Good luck with your process!

Today I received a notification from DHL, thy already have my visa in CDJ, so I think I'll get it by monday

Hey there! I though I'll give you the link to my review of the whole process. I hope it clarifies your doubts (:

Once I inside you need to give all the papers. Original birth certificate (and copy), his birth certificate (and copy), letter of intent (his) CDJ-402 (unsigned), two copies of DS-156, one copy of DS-156K, two pictures, passport and visa. (: That's all I was asked for.
Hope it'll help (:

Hi there!
I just saw your post, I wasn't asked for the police certificates, since in the instruction package the said that they are 'not available' in Mexico. The only things they asked for were: Appointment letter, passport, DS-156 Form (printed twice, don't sign them) DS-156K (just one). That's just to enter the building. *I'll continue in another post*

I was approved! I'll receive my visa between 1 and 5 working days!
