Called DR and they said they still haven't received his case and check back in 2 weeks. Tik Toc

NVC, Finished with my husbands case are they said their sending it back to DR, WOW !!!! Were getting close, I'm so happy!!!!

Today makes 27 days that they received my response to USCIs letter to intent to revoke our case. I just check the USCIA web Site and this is what I found:On May 3, 2013, we mailed a notice to you reaffirming the approval of this case and returned the case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.I want to thank everyone in the VJ for all your help and support through this, Thank you so much!!!!,

I’m getting ready to send in my answer to the notice to revoke, since there inconsistency’s with questions they asked us they wanted to see proof of emotional involvement prior to our interview and current.
I really didn’t keep records of that so I’m wondering if what I’m sending them will be allowed, my passport copies with 27 trips stamped in the las...

Day 618 (1 year and 8monthes) since denied in DR and 1 year since received back at USCIS for review .
Today is the 13th day form when I contacted my Senator Marco Rubio and his office just sent me an email notification stating “I have forwarded your letter to the appropriate staff member so that this matter may be thoroughly reviewed and the best course of action determined.” ...

Day 617 (1 year and 8monthes) since denied in DR and 1 year since received back at USCIS for review . Nothing yet as of this morning!!!! Trying to keep the Faith!!!!!

Day 613 (1year and 8monthes) since denied, just finished faxing and emailing Ombudsman office with the Form DHS-700. That one of our members informed me about last night. I’m feeling this is another positive move in the right direction and hopefully soon I will hear some good news soon!!!! Thank you for all the help and support…….

Day 612 (1year and 8monthes) since denied in the Dominican Republic and 366 days denial received back to USCIA office with still no answer on re-affirming the case or official denial so I can appeal. The only peace I find this week is the positive responses I’ve gotten from others going through what I’m going through, but mine is still taking longer than there’s did.

Feelining a bit more positive after hearing othere have been waiting almost as long as me and have finnaly gotten some answers. I'm prying I will here something soon, at this point I can only leave it in GODS hands....I've done everything else

I’m so frustrated I was denied my husband’s visa 6-27-11 and I’m still waiting for USCIA to make a decision on his case. No one can tell me anything!!!!!
