Hi everyone, can u help me,,im a greencard holder but im out of US almost two years now,i plan to apply for sb1' but i dont know where to start, should i apply in person in US embassy in manila?and submit my documents

  Technically, you no longer have a green card. You'll need to file a form DS-117 with evidence that you have not abandoned your permanent residence in the U.S. I have zero experience with this process, but would advise you to post in the forums on here.
