You cannot give them what you do not have 😓. Under “additional” give a simple explanation .. I would be doing a declaration that the original is 

1. lost 

2. no copy or photo so cannot give # 

3. no “evidence” … usually refers to police report if its stolen

It also asks for Evidence of your lost, stolen, or destroyed document - again, we don't have a copy of the original. Lastly it asks for Additional evidence you want to provide, would this simply be a written statement that the certificate is lost and we don't have a copy? Thanks in advance!

According to the Western Union website, to transfer money (USD) from a US bank account to a Philippines bank account (BPI specifically and account in Philippine pesos) requires no fee and the exchange rate paid is a higher rate than other forms of transfer.

I was sondering if anyone has experience using this Western Union bank to bank method and whether or not there is a fee from BPI and what that fee may be. If anyone has any insight, I'd appreciate your reply. Thank you very much.

Although we were approved on 02/26/2015 and after an InfoPass appointment and an online inquiry my wife's 10 yr GC is finally in production!

We received our I-797, Notice Of Action with our approval today although the letter says we were approved on 2/26/2015.

I checked my USCIS online account but nothing had changed there and I am signed up for email and text updates but didn't receive either of those yet.

I received an email today. When I made the online inquiry I used the receipt number from my extension letter. At least our case is being adjudicated now. Here's what the email said:

The status of this service request is:

On February 9, 2015, you contacted USCIS concerning your I-751 to notify us that you
believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we
found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within

My case was transferred 11/18 to CSC and am waiting like many others here. Today (2/11/15) USCIS updated the USCIS Processing Times for the California Service Center. For the I-751 the date now listed as being "worked on" in June 3, 2014. It seems like progress is being made, albeit slowly. Hopefully we will all hear soon about our cases and until then good luck and congratulations to all who have received word on their case.

Yes, that's the one.

Just finished my wife's 2nd bio this morning. I can confirm that the 2nd bio notice had a "2" in the code field and USCIS only took 1 photo and 1 finger print. Now on to hoping ROC will be done soon! Good luck to all who are waiting!

my 2nd biometrics code number is 3.. nothing changed... Have no IDEA....

Our 2nd bio Application/Petition/Request Number (listed as Application Number on the 1st bio) changed and was also not found when entered into the USCIS system. Our code changed from 3 to 2 as well.

We received our 2nd bio letter today...adding 2nd bio to the list.

I went to my second bio appointment a week ago. Got the same person doing it who recognized me. She mentioned that I was the second person who had to re-do bio recently.

When I check my case status online it still says the following:

November 6 is the date of the transfer announcement, so people who got transferred before might be screwed. My original application date was June 6. I will wait until December 6 and try to call them again. This received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received.

My current case status is as follows:

That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by December 18, 2014, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. As of today (12/02/2014), I have not received a 2nd bio request as other June filers have. Also my case history says the following:

06/23/2014 We received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received.

June 23, 2014 was the day that my paperwork was received at the VSC, not the transfer date. I just wanted to share this info in the case it may help others as they are waiting for adjudication. Hope it helps!

I, too received from USCIS an email regarding the transfer to CSC today but received the letter last week. I am in Vermont but if the USPS is faster than email then why are they doing so poorly financially?

Not at all. Your GC does not have an address on it. You need to update your address with USCIS, but that's all. No new card needed.

You know, I never thought about whether her green card had an address, I just assumed...and we all know what happens when we assume... ...except in this case it's me and ME. Thank you for the quick reply!

We will be moving to a new state June 1 and were wondering if my wife needs to get a new green card (by filing I-90) with our new address on it? We're aware that she needs to file the AR-11 and that I will need to file I-865. We just want to make sure that she will be able to work in the new state. Her SS card still says "Not Authorized To Work Without DHS Authorization" as well but she's been working here with no problems. We just don't want to get there and then have to wait a long time for names changes, etc. so we're being proactive. We're due to file I-751 ROC in April of 2014. Any information would be appreciated. Not sure if this will help you but...We didn't receive email notification from USCIS that AP was approved/mailed but we received 2 case update emails for the EAD approval/printing (May 15 & 18) and 2 EAD update emails for the mailing via (both on May 21) so we're assuming the duplicate updates were for the AP. Also on May 21 we received EAD email notification that USPS had "picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card". We received the dual EAD/AP card on May 23 and as of right now the AP is still showing "Initial Review" in the online USCIS system. The last email update we received (om May 23) was email notification that the EAD card was delivered by USPS.

My question has to do with the employment for last 5 years section of the G-325A. What if my fiancee has not been employed for the last 5 years (she attended college from 2005-2009) and then worked for 6 months and now is not working. Would I use her time as a student and put "none" on the employer name/address field and "student" in the occupation field? How about for not working, do I put "none" for employer name/address and then "unemployed" for occupation?
