You don't fax in everything on the checklist, you just need to take everything on the checklist with you to the interview in Vancouver, all you fax in is what it says on the form which would be the completed form along with the DS-230. As soon as you fax that off email vancouver and inform them that you just faxed the checklist and ask to get packet 4 by email, I did and had my package 4 by...

Right on the top of the checklist it says you can fax the checklist in along with the DS 230 form, that's all they need, all the others are brought to the interview. At least that's how it is for vancouver

We called NVC yesterday and they said they received it and sent it out to the embassey in Vancouver, they also gave us a case number things are moving along. Planning on booking my medical next week now that I have our case number. Hope you get yours soon.
