Two years ago today I immigrated to the US. Today is my anniversary and I nearly forgot except FB reminded me

Got my SSN in the mail today!!

EAD and AP card came today! I had no idea it was processed because I couldn't get updates from USCIS site! What a nice surprise!

Off to apply for our marriage license today. Rings were ordered over the weekend.

Recieved the e-mail from the lockbox that they have recieved and forwarded our case to the USCIS!!!

Applied for my SSN today and got our marriage license

Recived my Green Card in the mail today June 22nd

Married on same date as proposal..Sept 26 now a wife..my hubby is so wonderful..love will prevail!!!!

Made the 4hrs roundtrip to apply for my SSN...suppose to hear from them in 3 weeks or so!

So I have registered my car and have new MN licence plates, applied for SNN, and today going to take the written drivers test...hopefully pass and get a new MN state diver's licences!!! And most of all filed for AOS yesturday!!!!!

And... Married. Wonderful day with friends and family. Up next... AOS!

I am now a Wife...So very happy!!!!!!

VISA IN HAND, ONE WAY TICKET BOOKED

VISA IS IN HAND!!!

So just got a call from DHL in THunder Bay...my visa is there!!! Now need to make arrangements to get it delivered to my home!

Went and applied for my SSN today

SIF!!!!!!

Logged on and now have a Waybill # -Status is Consular section??? Not sure what that means though???

Got my DHL email!! Passport has left the Embassy : )

POE was a breeze, review is up, and I am safely in Grand Rapids, MI!
