hi karen&chris.. ung affidavit of support ko wala pa nga ehh.. patay ako nito! ung ds-157 at ds-156k ay di talaga mo mapriprint with the info sis, you'll have to print it eligibly lng using a ballpen. only the ds-156 lang ang maprint with ur info.. paghindi mo yun ma open try mo sa ibang internet cafe..
