I am so over USCIS and this bullshit. SOrry I just got a damm email from USCIS telling me they sent me another RFE. For heavens sake we sent them everything and we got an RFE they wanted Waylands Tax return so I sent off the 1040 and now they want more. I was really thinking I might be close to geting my GC as I had not heard anything but that was short lived. Am so pissed off right now just can't please anyone right now.

I have a question hoping I can get an answer from here: I've been here in the US for more than 4 years. Can I now apply for naturalization since I've been married to a US citizen or should I just renew my philippine passport since it is already expired?

Wow just read my email now USCIS send me a letter my AOS is approved with no interview its so fast:-))... now Im a legal residents of USA lol...Thank you lord iloveyou

update: August filers, VSC approved 10 from August filers 8 is from other country and 2 is from philippines.. haizz i cant get through on case status.

hearing other people on this site being approved sounds like THE SYMPHONY OF LOVE!! im so glad the immigrations finally decided to work on our papers and change our frowning faces into VERY VERY HAPPY FACES!! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL..

Received notification today that I have a biometrics appointment on the 1.2.2011...mind you it's a 5hr trip one way just to have my photo and fingerprints taken...Not Happy jan

20 days after biometrics EAD card not in my hand yet...I'm so eager to have it now!
