  1. The day after I received my I765-card I went to Manpower. I told them I wanted a job close to home because I don't have a car. They said there were some temp jobs available at Parker Hannifin so I started the day after as a packer.

After 2 weeks they asked if I wanted to become a picker, and a week later they asked if I was interested in working in the storehouse.

I earn a little bit above state minimum now, but I'm not complaining. It's a 15 minute walk and the people are very nice.

Once I've saved enough for a car I can start looking for something else.

I was a bicycle mechanic in Belgium but the people here are afraid of bicycles I think ;)

  2. If his passport has the exit and entry stamp from Belgium.. Belgium police might not give the police clearance for that 7 years in between.

Atleast police in India clearly wrote on my Police clearance from what year to what year I was out of country.

Don't think you need a passport to travel from Belgium to Italy ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schengen_Agreement )

So I guess if you did nothing wrong in Italy that might have been recorded, and nobody questioned/recorded your absence in Belgium you should be fine

  5. The docter i went to in belgium was in Antwerp , he only gave 1 of each for in the brown envelope.

you were allowed to open the doctor's envelope to make copies if they only give you one DS-3025

(I went to the doctor in Brussels and opened the envelope in the office just to check everything was inside, there was only one DS-3025 so I copied everything to include in my AOS documents)

Just go to a doctor now and he will help you
