My Fiancee had an interview on Dec 1st and it went well. We opted to not print any chat logs as like most of you, it would be way too many pages to print. We had enough phone records (200 pages over a period of 1 year), screen shots of us talking on skype and gift recipts. The person who interviewed her did not even bother to check the phone records at all and did not ask her anything about chat records.

As Shital mentioned there is one translator with every visa officer. My fiancee had her interview on the December 1st and that's what she experienced. Though my fiancee can speak English, a couple of times the counsolar could not understand her so the translator helped. I think that's a good deal they have.

Happy to say, surprisingly, half hour after me replying to this post, the passport WITH the visa was delivered to my fiancée. FINALLY!!!!!

My fiancee's interview was on 1st December too. Everything went well except one of the document was not original, they want to the original and of-course the visa fee that changed in a matter of 2 days that we did not notice until the night before the interview. She received 221g white paper to submit the original document and pay the visa fee. She did that and paid the fee at the vfs office. Yesterday, she received a text msg that her passport has been dispatched. She will receive it on Friday. Sad thing, we don't have if the visa is granted or not. Was your fiancee asked to submit any other document besides paying the fee(believe many had to do that because of the change in fee)? We had to do the same thing. My fiancee never received packet 3. Seems like they are not too worried about it. Soon after they receive the packet 3, they do send out packet 4 and you DO get it (I hope), .

Hello,

Your fiance can email packet 3 scanned copy to MUMBAIIV@state.gov with subject: Request for Specific Information.

Make sure he mentions his care # in the begining of the message body and what are the attachments.

My fiance'e did this and it got accepted and received an interview date within 2-3hrs. They also mailed the packet

the same day which she received in about 5-6 days I believe
