YES MAam yahoo...Congrats...
:)confused by an email (and text) i received just now from USCIS-CaseStatus@dhs.gov.
I'll post the complete email message below. I thought the i129f process (in California Service Center) required around 147 days. The text and email appear to indicate the case is already approved. They only sent the NOA1 on Feb 2. Could they really have already approved it in just 15 days? If not, then what does this email indicate as the status of the case? Sorry for the question. I wasn't expecting any news from them for another 4.5 months.

Even on the USCIS website, when I enter my number, my case is listed as:
"Post Decision Activity"
What does this mean? Are they already sending me the NOA2?
Thanks for any assistance and knowledge regarding this.

Wow congrats same us mine also like that so you will waitng another letter that they send it to you...u are approved now..
so we got email updates for both the EAD and AOS,both seem quick! So I just wanted to check and see what they actually mean.
For EAD:( It is in the "Card/Documentation Production" phase)
"On February 17, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application."
For AOS:( It is in the "Card/Documentation Production" phase)
"On February 17, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

It seems like they were both approved and are being sent but for either one of them we didn't get an 'official' approval email...so I'm confused and a bit worried :/
Thanks so much for your help

well all i can say BRAVO EGYPTIANS...

yep your hsband aos is approved thats ur greencard, and he needs to wait his ead and ap approved.well btw congratulations
So I checked my Case Status and I got this message as my case status on USCIS...
On February 9, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice.
So I am guessing my husband is approved? Does this mean that he doesn't need an EAD or AP or does he still need to wait for that? I mean by approval it means that he has green card and he doesn't need an EAD or AP because he can work with that green card and leave the country with the green card as well. Am i right?
If i am not then please clarify..
Thank you

Opps its look like familiar this story to me sorry lemme ask something this lady from ethopia?
I really hope I can get through this without crying. My fiance came here on a K1 4 years ago. After he and his girlfriend got married she emotionally and mentally abused him and his children. After several months, he sent his children back to his country. The abuse continued until one day she put him out of their home. We met about a month later. Six months after he was put out, he moved in with me and we have been together ever since (3 years). We filed his 751 requesting a waiver for battery/extreme cruelty. He had his interview last month and received a notice today that it was denied. It stated he did not prove he was subjected to battery/extreme cruelty. He submitted an affidavit from 2 witnesses of the abuse, police reports and a statement explaining everything that happened. He was honest with the officer in telling her that we met one month after he was put out, but she did not believe him. We both believe that she thinks he was cheating on his wife which is why she put him out. She even asked him that. Just to clarify, I did not even know him while he and his wife were together. We planned on getting married and now it looks as though we will need to do that sooner in order for him to have any chance of staying here. We did seek an attorney and have an appt with him on Monday. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'd like to know if there is any hope for us. Thank you.

Just have a quick question about I-864:
My wife and i are living with my grandparents for the moment. My income does not meet the requirments to qualify my I-864, so i'm getting a joint sponsor: my grandparents.
Since we both live in the same house, but we both provide for ourselves, I am filing my own I-864 while my grnadparents file their own I-864. Just wanted to make sure this was safe, and that it could be done this way (as opposed to my grandparents filing form I-864A).

Hi, All!
I have a question to all those who applied for a K-1 Visa for their fiancee from the Philippines.
My Phililipino fiancee is about ready to undergo (this month) her physical exam and interview in Manila. I am going to the Philippines beginning of April to spend a vacation and bring her back as my wife-to-be. Is it likely that she will have her visa by mid-April? Also, she still needs to resign her employment in Dubai.
...any responses will greatly be appreciated! Have a nice weekend....

Sorry but its very impossible that she get inlove again for 2nd time around for just a couple a month after her first man they broke up,im not being judgemental person but i saw her, shes only want to go here in US,in realationship u being honest each other then u will tell everything whats happening to your life even that the pastlife its so bad...Better ask her literally if she love you or just only papers she want ...

yeah at same mine also but i receive my ead the first date i reaceive thats the date of a approval no worries about guys...
This is to answer the questions why some of us received the Card production email twice with 2 different dates.
Someone called USCIS and the explaination is
first email - order production on our card
2nd email - normally ready to be mailed out to us
Then EAD status in USCIS website will change to 'Post Decision Activity"

USCIS TO CONTINUE ISSUING “ADIT” STAMPS
Washington, D.C. – Until further notice, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will continue the practice of issuing “ADIT” stamps. An “ADIT” Stamp is added to a passport or an Arrival-Departure Record (I-94) as temporary proof of residence. To alleviate inconvenience to our customers, USCIS continues to aggressively pursue technological improvements to allow the prompt issuing of permanent alien resident cards without the need to issue these temporary stamps.

Hi Guys,
Need your suggestions!
My case being processed at CSC & I did not have any interview for AOS. Now my case status on USCIS is showing "Decision" & the following below message:-
"Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283".
Just confused, what does this ADIT mean? Do I still have to go through any procedure?
Thanks in Advance for any suggestions/help!

Hi.. I am realy happy for everyone - do not get me wrong!!! But I do not understand why my case is taking soooo long!!
